Juan Samaniego, D.D.S., Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Juan Samaniego was born in Spain and moved to Venezuela, where his professional education began at the University Santa Maria, in Caracas, Venezuela. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree at the University of Santa Maria with honors in 2000.
From 2002 to 2004, he was an intern at the University of Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. From 2004 to 2008, he was a resident oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and from 2008 to 2009, he was a tumor and reconstruction fellow at Jackson Memorial Hospital, working alongside Dr. Robert E. Marx.

Following this residency, he was in private practice in Caracas, Venezuela until 2012. In 2012, he joined the Oral & Facial Surgery Center of Tallahassee, FL and practiced oral surgery there for three years. In 2015, he moved to Osceola, FL to practice oral surgery at the Osceola Medical Center.

In 2018, Dr. Samaniego joined Central Florida Institute of Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, in Winter Park, where he serves patients from throughout the greater Orlando and Central Florida area.
